Diet: Day Two
Well what a flop the first day was! I utterly over-ate for dinner and now I feel like an obese whale.
I managed to follow the plan up until dinner time and then decided to just got all out. Idiota! Goal for tomorrow is to consequently have a small dinner.
Here is the plan:
Breakfast: Cappuccino
Lunch: blackened chicken with bacon and guacamole (at the Chocolate Factory)
Dinner: sweetcorn, mushroom and cherry tomatoes salad with some grated cheddar cheese. Mandarin for desert.
In terms of exercise, same as for day one:
Treadmill: 10 minutes
Cross-trainer: 10 minutes.
